These Terms govern:
- The sale of olive oil products via our website
- The checkout, payment, delivery, and returns process
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
PRODUCTS:
All products sold are food-grade olive oil intended for human consumption.
Product descriptions, including origin, harvest year, and organic status, are provided in accordance with:
- The Food Information Regulations 2014 (UK)
- Retained EU Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011
Images are for illustrative purposes only; minor packaging variations may occur.
EXTRA VIRGIN AND ORGANIC OIL DISCLOSURE
Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained solely by mechanical means.
Natural variation in flavour, colour, or clarity may occur due to harvest conditions.
Cloudiness or sediment is a natural characteristic and not a defect.
Organic products are certified under UK Organic Regulations by an approved control body (e.g. Soil Association).
PRICES AND VAT
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Prices include UK VAT where applicable.
Delivery costs are shown before checkout completion.
No additional charges will be added after order confirmation.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If this occurs after an order is placed, you will be contacted and offered a refund or the option to proceed at the correct price.
ORDER PROCESS AND CONTRACT FORMATION:
An order is placed when you click “Order with obligation to pay” (or equivalent).
You will receive an order confirmation email.
A legally binding contract is formed only when the order is accepted and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
PAYMENT:
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit / debit cards
- Digital wallets (e.g. PayPal, Apple Pay)
Payments are processed securely. We do not store full payment card details.
DELIVERY:
Delivery times are estimates only; please allow 4-5 working days for your order to arrive.
We currently deliver to the UK mainland unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur re-delivery charges.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS):
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Important food exception
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to:
- Unsealed food products once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons
Unopened and unused olive oil bottles may be returned within the 14-day period.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs where possible
- We will offer a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
STORAGE AND QUALITY DISCLAIMER:
Olive oil should be stored in a cool, dark place.
Exposure to heat or light after delivery may affect quality.
Shelf life depends on storage conditions once delivered.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not exclude liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any rights that cannot be excluded under UK law
Our liability is otherwise limited to the value of the purchased goods.
PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY:
Personal data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Data is used only for order fulfillment, customer service, and legal obligations.

FRAUD PREVENTION:
